I am relatively new to ballroom dancing and the biggest handicap to learning is finding the time and place to practic my lessons. With two-step I can practice almost anywhere and the steps that are taught build on each other perfectly. The explanation and demonstration is perfect for the beginner. I intend to learn the two-step figures , many of which can be be transposed to various ballroom dances. Worth every penny.

Always a pleasure to watch Ron & Karla. Good steps here, adequately explained. I recommend it with the following caveat. R&K interpret the 2-step in an exuberant, energetic manner, much like an quick cha-cha or EC swing. I learned the 2-step as a romantic club dance that's danced on small, understated, "romantic," melodic scale. This, I believe, is the 2-step's role in dance, since we already have several exuberant dances. If R&K had chosen to dance it this way I'm sure it would have looked superb (they really are good), and in my opinion preferable than the style they chose. Having said this, you can always take their instruction and tone it down. It's still a solid instructional video.
