Dance Camp Emerald Ball Los Angeles 2009

A $50 non-refundable deposit will secure your reservation. The balance is due February 1st, 2009.

3) Your preference of a Smoking or Non-Smoking room in the CUSTOMER COMMENTS box during the checkout process. *Preferences are not guaranteed; priority will be based on your reservation date.* You will only be charge $50 per person even though you see the total amount of the camp on the internet invoice. We will mail you a confirmation notice.

We try to maintain an even number of gentlemen and ladies attending this camp so we must limit the number of each gender that can register. We recommend single that ladies register early to assure a spot in the 2009 dance camp.

VIP Package:
$899 Per Person Double Occupancy
$1199 Single Occupancy
Double Occupancy means that 2 people paying for a package are sharing one room. Single Occupancy means that 1 person is in the room.

VIP Package includes:
*Hotel arrival on Wednesday with departure on Monday at the Los Angeles Airport Hilton Hotel.

*4 days of classes to choose from including American Style (Rumba, Cha Cha, East Coast Swing, Samba, Mambo, Bolero, Waltz, Foxtrot, Tango, V. Waltz), International Style (Rumba, Cha Cha, Jive, Waltz, Tango, Foxtrot, Quickstep), and Night Club 2-Step (Thursday thru Sunday, from 9am to 1pm; Lunch break; Classes resume 2:30pm- 5:30pm).

*Emerald Ball Season Pass. Enjoy a fabulous week of watching top amateurs and professionals competing at the Emerald Ball. (This includes day & evening sessions, Thursday thru Sunday).

Non-Package items:
No hotel - $599 Per Person

Banquet Only - $60 Per Person/Per Night (Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, advance purchase only, no later than March 15th, 2008).

One day Classes - $200 Per Person (subject to availability.)

Cancellation Policy:

The balance for all Dance Camps is due in full no later than February 15th, 2009.

If we do not receive your balance prior to or on the date of February 15th, 2009, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation without notice. The $50 deposit is non-refundable.

If you have paid your balance (partial or in full) and wish to cancel your reservation before February 15th, we can convert your payment, less $100, to a non-refundable credit that you can apply toward any Dance Vision product, or future camp, for up to one full year.

If you have paid your balance (partial or in full) and wish to cancel your reservation after February 15th but before March 31st, we will retain 25% of the total paid plus a $100 cancellation fee and convert the remainder to a non-refundable credit that you can apply toward any Dance Vision product, or future camp, for up to one full year.

If you have paid your balance (partial or in full) and wish to cancel your reservation after March 31st but before May 15th, we will retain 50% of the total paid plus a $100 cancellation fee and convert the remainder to a non-refundable credit that you can apply toward any Dance Vision product, or future camp, for up to one full year.

Due to our commitments with the hotel in regards to room nights and food and beverage minimums, cancellations after May 15th will not be eligible for a refund or credit of any kind.

Can you get me a roommate?
Sorry, no. We attempted this in the past and it was not very successful. It is very difficult to share a room with someone you do not know.

Can I arrive at the hotel before camp starts or leave later?
Yes. (Prices Subject to Change)
