Dance Camp Las Vegas 2009
A $50 non-refundable deposit will secure your reservation. The balance is due February 15th, 2009.
We try to maintain an even number of gentlemen and ladies attending this camp so we must limit the number of each gender that can register.

2) Your preference of King (1 bed in room) or Double (2 beds in the room)

in the CUSTOMER COMMENTS box during the checkout process. *Preferences are not guaranteed; priority will be based on your reservation date.* You will only be charged $50 per person even though you see the total amount of the camp on the internet invoice. We will mail you a confirmation notice.
VIP Package:
$799 Per Person Double Occupancy
$949 Single Occupancy
Double Occupancy means that 2 people attending the camp are sharing one room. Single Occupancy means that 1 person is in the room.
VIP Package includes:
*Hotel arrival on Sunday with departure on Friday at the Gold Coast Hotel.
*4 days of classes with separate rooms devoted to Beginning, Intermediate I, Intermediate II and Advanced instruction. 120 classes to choose from including American Style (Rumba, Cha Cha, East Coast Swing, Samba, Mambo, Bolero, Waltz, Foxtrot, Tango, V. Waltz), International Style (Rumba, Cha Cha, Jive, Waltz, Tango, Foxtrot, Quickstep), and Night Club 2-Step (Monday thru Thursday, from 8am - 1pm; Lunch break; Classes resume 2:30pm - 6:20pm).
*Welcome Reception, Dance, and Orientation with buffet Feast on Sunday Evening (7:30pm - 11:30pm).
*Grand Banquet, Dancing, and Super Star Show on Thursday Evening (8:00pm - 1:00am).
*Practice room available every night.
*Student Showcase on Thursday evening, featuring the routines learned throughout the week.
*Jack & Jill dance competitions on Thursday evening.
Non-package items:
* Private Lessons - $125 Per Session (Each session is 45 minutes).
*Welcome Reception Only - $40 p/p (subject to availability).
*Grand Banquet Only - $95 p/p (subject to availability).
*One day classes - $200 p/p (subject to availability).

Cancellation Policy: The balance for all Dance Camps is due in full no later than February 15th, 2008.
In 2008 we turned away over 100 people who wanted to attend one or more of our Mastery Camps.
If we do not receive your balance prior to or on the date of February 15th, 2009, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation without notice. The $50 deposit is non-refundable.
If you have paid your balance (partial or in full) and wish to cancel your reservation before February 15th, we can convert your payment, less $100, to a non-refundable credit that you can apply toward any Dance Vision product, or future camp, for up to one full year.
If you have paid your balance (partial or in full) and wish to cancel your reservation after February 15th but before March 31st, we will retain 25% of the total paid plus a $100 cancellation fee and convert the remainder to a non-refundable credit that you can apply toward any Dance Vision product, or future camp, for up to one full year.
If you have paid your balance (partial or in full) and wish to cancel your reservation after March 31st but before May 15th, we will retain 50% of the total paid plus a $100 cancellation fee and convert the remainder to a non-refundable credit that you can apply toward any Dance Vision product, or future camp, for up to one full year.
Due to our commitments with the hotel in regards to room nights and food and beverage minimums, cancellations after May 15th will not be eligible for a refund or credit of any kind.
Can you get me a roommate?
Sorry, no. We attempted this in the past and it was not very successful. It is very difficult to share a room with someone you do not know.
Can I arrive at the hotel before camp starts or leave later?
Yes. (Prices Subject to Change)
Weekend rate: $145 (tax included) per room
Weekday rate: $89 (tax included) per room
