I spend lot of money for private classes for learning the back and forward walk and heel turn, I'm still not get it better till I order that DVD, it is so nice and clear from Heather Smith teaching. I'm so happy to have it, I think every lady if she want to dance good have to have that DVD. I have to say that all the DVD from Victor Veyrasset & Heather Smith are the best for learning. I love the way Heather explains the key points and the information helps me a lot in my dancing. Many of the good points really apply for both lady and man in dancing. Excellent information and the tips can be reviewed again and again. As my dancing improves each time I watch it I understand it even more. A must have tape for ladies who want to dance well.

really good. i like her exercises to fix problem situations. She knows what is likely to go wrong and can make suggestions fixing it i.e. backward walk for me.
Hopefully there will be a follow up with more general technique discussions.
Good for beginner dancer interested in tecnique you can listen to again and again as well as more advanced concepts.
