  Just excellent! I have been learning American Style for about a year and this DVD is International Style, so I was not sure it would be useful. I did notice some differences: Veyrasset seems to recommend a more upright posture when moving backward or forward, and what he calls "Ranges of Motion", I know as "Contra Body Movement". But the presentation is really good and there is a lot of very useful information, just right for my current level. Highly recommended!
