      DVD content is really a great value. The 2003-1996 show dances are wonderful (great video quality) while the technique tips are very applicable from novice to advanced dancers. The music CD, besides having exceptional ballroom music, has very insightful 2 - 4 minute phone interviews from judges sharing tips for novice competitors. I would recommend this DVD to all new and experienced amateur dancers.
