Foxtrot

Syllabus DVD's: Teaches you the steps, patterns or "school figures" of the dance. This is generally split into 3 levels - Bronze (Beginning-Intermediate) Silver (Advanced I) Gold (Advanced II).

Elements & Technique: Once you've mastered the figures, it's time to work on technique. These will help you feel & look better when dancing.

Variations: Before purchasing a variation video, we suggest that you have a strong understanding of the steps. These will show a different way of grouping or mixing steps. Learning advanced patterns will enhance your dancing.
