Faboulous! This deserves a 10 star rating.
Shirley is wonderful and it's nice to have excersizes that lady's can do by themselves. I believe that a strong female dancer is one who can do the steps in her routine by herself. This video has good excersizes to help any woman acheive this. I especially loved the paso doble section because it's not a dance you can do without a partner but the steps she chose were great for practicing shaping.
I look forward to seeing more videos like this on the market. And maybe even something similar for men.

An excellent techniques video. Shirley does a great job of displaying Latin techniques in a clear, concise manner, and, oh!, can she demonstrate! I highly recommend for ALL levels of dancing, but especially beginners (who almost always overlook the value of techniques instruction).
